What are our Focus Areas and how do they work?

Thriving Grant County, Thriving Mill Township is a community-focused organization that addresses the societal issues facing children and families in Mill Township through strengthening community, family well-being, and career readiness. We have five focus areas to help drive this change: Food Insecurity, Early Childhood, Financial Wellness, Career Readiness, and our Resource Center.

Thriving operates under the collective impact model. We work alongside community partners and residents to tackle the big problems that impact our families and kids in Mill Township. By working together, we can strengthen existing systems or create new systems to combat poverty and make long-term changes for our community.
